Different Ways to Support the PTSA
There are many different ways that you and your family can support the Durham Middle School PTSA.
DONATION DRIVE
Not looking forward to yet another fund-raiser? Well neither is the Durham PTSA. With last years Donation Drive being so successful and funding all our PTSA needs, we decided to try it again this year. That's right..... No selling gift wrap, magazines, candy or over priced novelty items. The Donation Drive is a one time "DONATION" made to the Durham PTSA and that's it! Easy huh? All donations are 100% tax deductible and student prize rewards are given at the $25, $50, $100 & $200 level. Also, the pod with the greatest participation receives a reward. KROGER EARNING FOR LEARNING!
Parents can participate by shopping at Kroger. At the register, present your Kroger Plus Card along with the letter that has the Durham Middle School Barcode on it. Once your account (Kroger Plus Card) has been linked to the barcode there is nothing more to do until next year other than continue shopping at Kroger like you normally would.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU RENEW THIS EVERY SCHOOL YEAR!
If you enrolled in the program last year, you still have to present your letter and have your card linked to the new barcode. Kroger sends the Durham PTSA a check every quarter. What an easy way to support our school and the Durham PTSA! Click here to download a copy of the letter with Durham's barcode.
Remember when you and your children collected Box Tops in Elementary School? Well, Durham Middle School still collects them. Each box top collected is worth .10 cents for our school and Box Tops for Education has helped America's schools raise over $200 million since 1996 . As always, you can find the familiar Box Top label on 100's of General Mills products and a lot of new products too.
All you have to do do is buy participating products and cut out the Box Top label and turn them in to your homeroom teacher. We do all the rest. Please visit Box Tops For Education for more information.
For more than 30 years, Labels For Education has been awarding over $100 million dollars worth of free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. Please visit http://www.labelsforeducation.com/default.aspx for more information and participating products.
STAPLES PRINTER CARTRIDGE RECYCLING

Place eligible cartridge's in a plastic ziploc and have your child give them to their homeroom teacher.
