PEBBLEBROOK HS MAGNET PERFORMING ARTS OPEN HOUSE
Please remind your talented 8th graders and their parents of the Pebblebrook Performing Arts Open House THIS Friday, October 12, at 7:30PM. It's held in conjunction with our performance of JUMP, JIVE, and WAIL at the Cobb Civic Center's Jennie T. Anderson Theatre. There will be a Q&A session after the show followed by an informal reception on the stage with the cast of ComPAny 2008. HARRISON HS PARENT CONNECTION & THE HARRISON SCHOOL COUNCIL PRESENT THEIR "CONNECT WITH KIDS" PARENTING WORKSHOPS
Harrison Parent Connection, sponsored by the HHS School Council, and Connect with Kids began a powerful parenting workshops with a session in October for parents only. The next two sessions focus on issues that directly affect young people, and we invite both students and their parents to attend.
Each FREE session will run in the theater on the first Tuesday of the months of November and December from 7:30-9 p.m. Feel free to invite a friend and to forward this email to anyone interested!

Stacey DeWitt, CEO and founder of the Connect with Kids Network, will lead our discussions, sharing the latest research, advice from experts, educators and school psychologists, and award-winning Connect with Kids video programs, which you can take home to your DVD library.
